“We're setting the show up like a wedding. The fashion show will take place with the brides walking down an aisle; brides want to see what they'll look like down the aisle, not on stage at a fashion show.”
“Another special thing about our bridal show is that we are incorporating cultural wedding traditions into our activities. Greek, African, Pacific Islander, Jewish, Asian and Hispanic cultures will be showcased, because they are traditions that can be shared by all cultures. You don't have to be a member of the African American community to jump over a broom.”
“We hope that it will encourage the grooms to come out and take part in the wedding. it will give them a place to relax, but will also put them (in close proximity) to the bride if they need advice.”
“It's a more intimate setting. We wanted our brides to have a good selection but be able to remember everything they saw. Some of the larger shows are just so overwhelming.”
