“It encourages the soldiers to build their team and to get out there and find people that they would like to serve with, that they would like to go to war with. It compensates them for their time.”

It could go any which way. Obviously we're going to want to maintain some sort of presence regionally. Our mission is to provide assistance in times of natural disaster.”
